Russley is committed to encouraging young people into the game of golf through our Junior Programme. We value our Junior players for the enthusiasm and energy they bring to our Club.
We will provide;
- a structured coaching programme
- tuition by NZ golf professionals
- appropriate supervision at all coaching sessions
- the opportunity to play on the course in an Ambrose event once per month
- the opportunity to represent Russley in Junior interclub golf
- access and use of our clubhouse
- access to play on the course unsupervised (once an appropriate level of competence is reached)
- free range balls to use on our practice range (in return for taking your turn to pick up balls under the Pro Shop roster)
- encouragement to progress to the best of your ability
- the opportunity to play at higher competitive levels
We ask in return for your;
- punctuality, attention and courtesy at our training sessions
- neat and tidy appearance when coming to the course
- care and respect for the course when out playing on it
- adherence to the rules and etiquette of the game that you have been taught
- commitment to do your best
- respect for others rights when practicing and playing
- proper use of the club house when indoors
