Functions Centre & Venue Hire - Christchurch

The Function Centre has two large rooms able to accommodate conference groups of 10 to elegant banquets for 150. The rooms can be sectioned off to suit your needs and flow out to a large terrace overlooking the beautiful golf course. We also have a board room able to accommodate up to 12 people. The Russley Function Centre offers modern facilities, has easy access and spacious parking, is 10 minutes from the city centre, close to Christchurch airport and has first class accommodation nearby.

The following are the standard charges for conferences and seminars in the Terrace Room:

Hire - $375
Deposit - $250
Seating - 30-50

The following are the standard charges for conferences and seminars in the Fairway Room:

Hire - $525
Deposit - $300
Seating - 60-100

The following are the standard charges for meetings in the Board Room:

Hire - $200
Deposit - $100
Seating - 4-14

For both the Terrace and Fairway Rooms

Hire - $800
Deposit - $300
Seating - 100-150

Hire includes includes all tables and chairs. Additional equipment is available on request.

The following are standard charges for corporate or private dinners in the Terrace and Fairway Rooms:

Hire - From $250
Deposit - $250
Seating – 100-130

Hire includes all tables, chairs, table linen, crockery and glassware.
Service staff is also included.
